By transforming Hilltop Drive into a Streetscape Boulevard, the Redding community ensures that Hilltop area businesses will thrive for the next 40 years, protecting more than 1,500 good paying jobs and more than $2.8M in tax revenue that is used to make our city a great place to live, work and play.
