The City of Redding has no major issues to report and is expected to complete work in the May of 2009. Of course, this schedule does not reflect any impacts due to inclement weather. The City of Redding asks that the public be safe and observe the posted safety signs throughout the project and ongoing construction from Industrial though Cypress.  Below are a few things that are currently underway!

  • Bobby Martin Construction has completed all tie-end from Mistletoe to Cypress & Hilltop, with only a few Items remaining such as completing decorated crosswalks and crosswalk lighting.

  • The City of Redding is excited to report that the newly lighted crosswalks at the intersection of Industrial & Hilltop Drive and at the Red Lion & Casino Club median are now ready for the public to enjoy! These are the first two decorated crosswalks placed in the City with another being schedule for Court Street Down town Redding. The city asks that the public continue to observe the posted speed limit sign and observe the lighted crosswalks for the safety of the community and visitor to the Redding Area.
